We, at Temptation, want you to be fully satisfied with our products as we are. If you have received a defective product, no worries; we will happily give you an exchange. Please note that the exchange must be requested within 21 days of purchase.
For walk-in customers, please bring back with receipt/invoice within 21 days.
For shipping orders, please provide us with the following information:
• your name and (company)
• address, city, state/province, country, postal code
• daytime telephone number
• email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
• a picture of your defective item (if you are exchanging because of defect)
• date of your purchase and invoice number
• the name/code of the item you would like to receive in exchange
This email should be sent to sales@temptationfashion.com. Our online returns department will contact you with an email confirmation that your request has been received. Any items being shipped back for exchange must be pre-paid by the customer and in their original or equivalent packaging. Temptation is not responsible for lost mail. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees to and from Temptation.
After you have prepared your item to be shipped back, send us an email along with the following information:
• your name and (company)
• courier used to ship the product
• tracking number
• date the parcel was shipped
• expected delivery date at our office
Returns must be requested within 21 days with the invoice/receipt and your item in unused condition. The customer will be given credits equivalent to the cost of the items and all applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
For a refund, please provide us with the following information:

• address, city, state/province, country, postal code
• daytime telephone number
• email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
• date of your purchase and invoice number
• the name/code of the item(s) you would like to refund (if you have ordered more than 1 item)
